Why?: You can keep frizz to a bay by sealing the cuticle. Coat damp curls with a nickel sized dollop of dry oil, then let it dry. Do not touch them afterward. Overhandled curls will get frizzy fast.

Diy: Anti Frizz Serum
Why?: Curls need a ton of moisture, so coat hair with mashed avocado and a dab of sour cream. Leave it on for 20 minutes then rinse it out. Gently blow dry or air dry and you should notice very little firzz.

Relaxed Hair

Relaxed Hair

Buy it: Conditioning Butter
Why?: Relaxed hair is so prone to breakage, so keep locks soft and hydrated with moisture rich shea butter. Massage it into your hair and scalp after you shampoo and rinse out.

Diy: Conditioning Butter
Why?: Witch Hazel treatment. Relaxers can irritate the scalp making it flaky and itchy. A moisturized scalp is the best foundation for healthy hair from the root. A at home conditioner such as witch hazel is inexpensive and you probaly already have it in the medicine cabinet. Soak a cotton ball or qtip in the Witch hazel and dap it onto your scalp.
