Hi darlings, I just wanted to take the moment to wish everybody a fun and safe Halloween. It's 7:30pm and I do not have Halloween plans. It is cold here in Atlanta and Halloween fell on such a weird day. So I think I am just going to stay home with the baby and pass out candy to the babies in my subdivision.

Tricks and tips for your Hair Texture

Straight Hair

Straight Hair
Buy it: Dry Shampoo
Why?: Straight Hair is prone to greasies, so sop up oil and add instant volume by spritzing a little bit of dry shampoo onto your scalp. Message it in with your fingers, then brush it out.

Diy: Dry shampoo
Why?: Sugar mist, to instantly degrease and add volume to flat hair mix 2 tsp of brown sugar and 1 cup of warm water in a spray bottle. Shake it well and simply mist damp hair from root to ends. Do not rinse out. Style as normal. It adds a nice light sugary fragrance too.

Wavy Hair

  Wavy Hair
Buy it: Cream Styler
Why?: To keep waves looking Lush and Defined, warm a walnut sized amount of the lightweight cream into your hands, and run through your hair from midshaft to ends.

Diy: Cream Styler
Why?: Give your hair a Apple Juice Rinse.Wavy hair can easily look dull, so boost the shine by soaking your hair in one part Apple juice and 2 parts lemon juice. Apply it to freshly washed hair, leave it in for a minute, the rinse it out.

$1.66 Apple juice $0.67 Lemon

Curly Hair

Curly Hair

Buy it: Anti-Frizz Serum
Why?: You can keep frizz to a bay by sealing the cuticle. Coat damp curls with a nickel sized dollop of dry oil, then let it dry. Do not touch them afterward. Overhandled curls will get frizzy fast.

Diy: Anti Frizz Serum
Why?: Curls need a ton of moisture, so coat hair with mashed avocado and a dab of sour cream. Leave it on for 20 minutes then rinse it out. Gently blow dry or air dry and you should notice very little firzz.

Relaxed Hair

Relaxed Hair

Buy it: Conditioning Butter
Why?: Relaxed hair is so prone to breakage, so keep locks soft and hydrated with moisture rich shea butter. Massage it into your hair and scalp after you shampoo and rinse out.

Diy: Conditioning Butter
Why?: Witch Hazel treatment. Relaxers can irritate the scalp making it flaky and itchy. A moisturized scalp is the best foundation for healthy hair from the root. A at home conditioner such as witch hazel is inexpensive and you probaly already have it in the medicine cabinet. Soak a cotton ball or qtip in the Witch hazel and dap it onto your scalp. Do not rinse out.

So Ladies I do a lot of reading and I always run into different beauty tips and tricks. Most of them I try and sometimes they work other times they do not. I want to start sharing the ones that worked for me here on my blog. Feel free to try these let me know if it worked for you or not.

Ok so I went to this new shoe store out in Conyers, Ga the other day and couldn't resist trying on a pair of the heel less heels. They look so difficult to walk in, but to my surprise they were not difficult at all. Now I am a Heel wearing kind of chick but even these I thought would be too much. They are really Comfy and Look really Ga Ga ish lol.

So do you think I brought these babies home?

You will just have to keep a close watch on future posts to see lol I'm Not going to tell
I would love to know what you think about these and Heel Less Heels in general
Let me know if you own a pair and if they are comfy all night
